Oh gosh..im so sorry, ive had mine 49 years..they started with feet and hand pains. The last couple of years they became worse along with multitude of new symptoms. My tremors effect my head, hands and internally in left side of my stomach. They all calm if I lay back on bed. If I stand up they start again. Many things are challenging to do. Thank you and wishing you well

Developing a tremor alongside fibromyalgia symptoms is something others in the community can relate to. Tremors can be part of the wide range of neurological symptoms that fibromyalgia can bring, and it's not uncommon for symptoms to begin at a young age.

Many MyFibroTeam members have shared experiences of symptoms that are hard to explain to others, including unusual physical sensations that come with fibro. You're definitely not alone in this.

It may be worth discussing your tremor specifically with your doctor to make sure it's being monitored, as fibromyalgia symptoms can shift and change over time. Some things worth mentioning to your care team include:

- When the tremor occurs (at rest or during movement)
- Whether it has gotten worse over time
- Any triggers you've noticed, like fatigue or stress
- How it impacts your daily life

Tracking these details can really help your doctor get a clearer picture and work with you on managing it effectively.
