What triggers your symptoms, do you know? Is it stress or caffeine or sicknesses or diet or maybe supplements?

The worst for me is weather and exercise. I have changed my diet and try to exercise to regain strength. Stomach feels better but pain is still there. Still a lot of pain after even a little exercise. Barometric pressure around storms always causes pain. Usually pain that I can't control with anything, even marijuana.

Weather & over doing

Weather, especially when certain storms are around, exercise non-water related, very hot, very cold, moving my limbs, fingers, opening my mouth to chew or talk, lack of sleep, and injuries. Bug bites, someone touching me, light brightness, allergies, and environment.
