Hi,

Do you also get huge flare up before getting a cold, or other small sickness?

I realized that I get in deep pain 3 to 5 days before I get sick ;(

My flares come after the cold. Like it just wonโ€™t go away. Weakness, aching, fatigue. Immunizations do this too.

Funny you should mention what I think of "trauma memory." I've come to notice that the site of surgical procedures tend to continue aching forever. I feel every surgery on my back even though the events happened years ago.

Problems also with teeth. They were trying to get me to have one permanent implants for one tooth, Decided to just get a root canal and a crown. Why get a implant where I am 100% sure I will feel it for the rest of my life.

Iโ€™ve had it many many years and still canโ€™t figure out what sets off a flare. Sometimes stress, sometimes overdoing and sometimes nothing. Iโ€™m always tired though. No matter what. The older I get the worse it seems. Have had a couple of good days which is wonderful though. Hope you find some relief. Love Linda ๐Ÿฆ‹๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿฆ‹๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿฆ‹๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿฆ‹๐ŸŒธ

I go into flareups the week before I get cold or flu symptoms and it drives me crazy because I can't be sure about the reason for the flareup if there's a reason which isn't always the case. It's really bad too. The meds stop working, the pain gets wore with more full body soreness, no sleep, more spasms, and no way to get any relief. Of course it can just be the onset of seasonal allergies too. There doesn't seem to be any way of avoiding the flareup either. I'd be grateful to hear how the flareup can be alleviated.
