Does anyone else ever feel like your insides are vibrating? I will get this in the back of my head, the base of my throat and the middle of my chest, mostly. I can sometimes even feel it in my teeth and bottom lip (so weird...I know?) It's not like heart palpitations... it literally feels like a phone set to vibrate is inside my body.
I finally have a neuro appointment this coming Friday, but I am so scared that the doctor is going to think I'm crazy and tell me everything is just anxiety.
I have it a lot. Mine only last about 30 seconds at a time but they come and go all day all over my body. It’s most noticeable in my bottom right lip. It’s driving me crazy. It’s been happening for about 6 months now.
Yes, I also feel vibrations from the bottom of my feet, hands, lower lip, legs, sometimes whole body. Do not worry about your doctor's appointment, you are not crazy. Discuss everything honestly with your doctor, sometimes every little detail which you may feel insignificant may help to diagnose. You can express your concern about being afraid of being misdiagnosed of anxiety while not going after ruling out other conditions which may present themselves similarly. So ask your doc what it could be and how they can be ruled out. Feeling these weird vibrations are not uncommon a neurologist surely knows about them. It is true that it can be very helpful when your doctor seems compassionate and validate your feelings and symptoms and reassures you that you are not crazy. You will know much more after your doctor's visit and you can develop a plan what should be next, what can you expect.
Me too. It feels like a vibration. I mostly have it in the middle of my chest. I have noticed that it is worst whenever i am stressed. Stress elevates it so badly.
Yes! I feel like there are these strange vibrating pulses that surge around my body. Back of my head is quite common, my arms up into my shoulders and down my legs. It's always accompanied by an increase in pain and fatigue.
Yea I experienced that in January
