Recently diagnosed questions-
1. Any great pillows you use that help with the tension in your neck/shoulders?
2. Along with muscle pain, I find my ankles, feet, and fingers to be in constant state of stiffness and popping on their own. They feel broken almost always.
Any suggestions or tips on the discomfort this lends?
Thanks!
