Members overwhelmingly confirmed experiencing frequent popping and cracking sounds throughout their bodies, particularly in the neck, shoulders, knees, wrists, and ankles, often describing it as sounding like Rice Krispies or bubble wrap. Several members shared that increasing water intake to around 90-125 ounces daily with added electrolytes has helped reduce the cracking, with one member explaining that the sounds are caused by gas air pockets building up in joint fluids that pop when released. A recurring theme was that while the constant cracking can cause anxiety and worsen in cold weather, most found reassurance in knowing it's a common experience and generally harmless as long as there's no pain.
