Members strongly validated the experience of intense and varied leg sensations with fibromyalgia, describing not just aching but also burning, stinging, twitching, muscle spasms, electrical sensations, itching, and feelings of muscles tearing from bone. Several members shared strategies that provided some relief, including tramadol for burning pain, amitriptyline or nortriptyline at bedtime, gentle exercise, Epsom salt baths, and CBD oil, though many acknowledged that symptoms remain challenging to fully control. A recurring theme was reassurance that these diverse and distressing sensations are normal with fibromyalgia, along with hope that flare-ups can improve over time, especially when stress is managed.

Omg... I have to say its a relief to know I'm not the only one with the painful crazy legs. I'm on nortriptyline & just starting to try cbd oil. The leg sensations had pretty much gone but have flared up badly again. How are you doing these days?

Tramadol slightly helps the burning a bit. But they are crazy all the symptoms aching jumping itching burning tightness, crawling cat scratch feeling, feeling, deep bone aching and burning and these are just the legs! Crazy. I wish something would help them. Sorry you have those crazy sensations too.

My legs drive me nuts! It's so painful! From muscle spasms to deep dull aches to sharp knife pain and that's just the insides. My skin itches then feels like its burning then needles all over. Then the sweats come on. I feel for you. Diagnosis: crazy legs.
