Yes unfortunately my feet and ankles swell up especially in the Summer months and I find it hard to put sandals on.
I had to ask my Doctor for a low dosage tablet for water retention it does help.

But I still have painful feet and legs most of the time.

Wishing you a Lovely Sunday.

Blessings Gentle Hugs

I also get very swollen feet. I also get swollen hands. Sometimes I can barely walk. I had to be put in the hospital once for my swollen ankles and feet. my feet were so swollen I had to take a special water pill to get rid of the swelling. So I know how you are feeling. Take care.
