I know this sounds funny but I often get a cold nose, even when in the house and its really uncomfortable, in addition to cold feet and hands. Please tell me I'm not the only one?

Members warmly reassured someone asking about experiencing a cold nose, hands, and feet, with many sharing that this is a common and uncomfortable reality of living with fibromyalgia. Several members described practical coping strategies they've adopted, including wearing socks to bed year-round, layering extra sweaters even in summer, using double socks while sitting, and bundling up for trips to the grocery store freezer aisle. A recurring theme was the persistent chill that doesn't improve with weight gain or warmer climates, though one member noted that thyroid medication helped reduce their symptoms.

Me too, but its worse the second half of my cycle. I'm on thyroid meds, and it used to be much worse before starting those.

Yeah, I wear socks year round, all day long and have to sleep in socks even in the summer. If I'm sitting and watching TV, I have to put on double socks. Not sure why sitting makes them colder.
