Sometimes I feel like someone is holding a large slab of ice on my arms and won't remove it. It is very painful. I think it has to do with nerves as I am not actually cold. Using a heating pad or wrapping in a blanket does not help. Has anyone had this experience and, if so, have you found anything that helps relieve it. I sometimes have this feeling for hours and cannot get relieve and cannot sleep.

I appreciate your sharing this. I do use the heat therapy in the micro wave -- it helps some but I still feel the icy cold.

I had this on my nose, I thought I was going crazy but asked others to feel my nose and it was freezing cold and would hurt a lot.

Are you on any medication?

I had started a new one and since stopping it I've not had my freezing nose
