Yes my nose gets cold along with freezing cold hands and feet. Have Reynaurds in hands but just put warm glovea on when mi need them . I'm always a cold person so I layer up.Only time I'm warm is when I'm having hot sweats at night due to side effect of meds.

I found that once I started using some Cymotel (Thyroid support) is has been better of course Winter is Coming Lol
