I wondered if anyone else got the chills where you shake with cold sometimes as part of the condition? I've had this a few times but my boss at work says this is nothing to do with fibromyalgia. Does anyone else get them? Thank you

Hi
Thanks to everyone who posted about getting the chills/rigors. The GP says it looks like these are part of fibromyalgia for me but they won't be for someone else. I couldn't believe my blood tests were normal- how can that be when you feel so ill?!!!
I've been off work a month now and am not improving. In fact I've not managed to get up today and the days nearly over.
Yes I get chills and feel like I’m burning 🥵 from the inside
These are the symptoms that I get when im starting a severe flare. Its exactly like I had the flu, but no cough, congestion or sore throat. And when this starts, I now know that I need to take time to recover, because if I push myself it will only worsen and last for weeks.
I went to my GP about the chills / rigors I keep having and she was not sure if they are related to my fibromyalgia. She sent me for a chest X-ray and I am to have blood tests next week. No quick answers are there! In the meantime she signed me off work for a week so I'm going to make the most of having a rest. I feel I could sleep for a week!
Sometimes when I fall asleep I get crazy sweats. Then feel chilly of course. not too serious all the time. I'm slightly past my menopause so I didn't get it that bad to begin with. If you're at the menopause age it's hard to distinguish. Hope this helps hugs best wishes
