Is getting hot while you sleep a Fibromyalgia symptom? Also, is getting chills a Fibro symptom that any of you deal with? I get the chills alot. Feet and Hands get cold also. I can sit in my chair with the chills for like 30 minutes or more. Happens often.

Members strongly validated the experience of temperature dysregulation as a common fibromyalgia symptom, with many describing unpredictable shifts between feeling intensely hot and freezing cold, sometimes within minutes of each other. Several members shared practical coping strategies that have helped them manage these fluctuations, including using portable air conditioning units in the bedroom year-round, keeping infrared heating pads on hand, and layering blankets that can be easily added or removed throughout the night. A recurring theme was the relief of knowing they are not alone or losing their minds, with members expressing frustration that symptoms like these are not better understood by medical professionals or disability evaluators.

For me, it's all part and parcel. No temperature regulation. Worse in the winter.

I get chills randomly as well. I think we all get different symptoms as no one’s fibromyalgia is alike another persons fibro.

Yeah! Irregular temperature is part of fibromyalgia symptoms. Mine is cold or hot and cold one moment to the other.

I'm always hot but I know that if you get chills your blood pressure medicine may be making it worse. Assuming you are one. Blood thinners too. Might be worth a talk to Dr. Hope you feel better.
