A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Since I had my daughter in December 2017

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia ( although symptoms started back when I was 15)

I was diagnosed with seizure

And I've been battling some IBS., I guess?
After 14 months I want to do more testing. My primary only tested for H.pylori and said you are fine. Avoid dairy and gluten.

I used to have constipation/ diaherria now I don't. I just have diaherria daily. Im having low back pain and pain in belly button area. This area hurts during intercourse… read more

You could have cyts. I have one on each side but the one on my right is pretty big so I would probably have surgery to remove it. FYI you should stop 🛑 having sex if it hurts a lot. Good luck 👍

Yes I also had fibroid tumers and had such heavy periods and pain. It was draining me and I had to have a hysterectomy when I was 30. That brought on many more problems and ended up with fibro. I am 70 now so 40 years of pain is draining. I have learned to not stress on days I cannot move and do what I can on better times. I feel for all of you that are in your prime and have young families. Hopefully you have the support you need. I wish I had the miracle answer. Bless all and sending hugs.

Did they check you out for fibroids innyour uterus? I had 3 c sections way back and told me had had fibroids which led to a hysterectomy at 29. I previously had heavy bleeding and it was making me anemic so had to be done.

Maybe Endometriosis? Which can only be diagnosed through surgery. It can cause all the symptoms you are describing. My gyno thought I had it due to heavy, painful periods. Also pain with intercourse and lower back pain. However, he didn’t find endo during the surgery, in fact I was told “Everything looked beautiful” He believes my pain is being caused from my fibro and IBS. I had seen my primary care and gone to urgent a couple time due to severe abdominal pain, each time was told it was a spastic colon (IBS). My gyn suggested an IUD and it has been a lifesaver! I hope you find answers!
