I'm pretty sure it is too low. I just found the blood test results on my chart information online from a blood test that I had just the other day and was waiting for results for. I am waiting to hear from my doctor yet.
Yes definitely too a lower dosage for Vitamin D I take a 1000mg capsule every month prescribed by my Doctor.
As well I also have Vitamin B12 injections as well one every three months.

Yes it is. I was a 19 vitamin d level.
I take vitamin D. I got it up to a 42 level. They wanted me to take higher doses of vitamin D but it gives me headaches and makes me nervous. So I can only take the one from “Vitamin Ddrops.com. 2000IU. (4000 IU daily. ) My daughter was able to take the 10,000+ a day for a while to get her levels up. That’s the best thing to do if you can handle it. Make sure it’s only under a doctors supervision. You will feel better once your vitamin D levels go higher, but it does take a while. 🤗
Vitamin B12, also called cobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin that is involved in the metabolism of every cell of the human body: it is a cofactor in DNA synthesis, and in both fatty acid and amino acid metabolism. It is particularly important in the normal functioning of the nervous system via its role in the synthesis of myelin, and in the maturation of developing red blood cells in the bone marrow.
Especially for those who suffer from iron deficiency anaemia.
Yes it is. I was at 17 and slowly got up to lower 50’s by taking mega doses of Vit D3 and took about 6 months to get there. My dr wanted me to at least be above 30, at minimum, but ideally he said 50 and above is where he wanted me. I also did B12 shots at home but I haven’t in awhile so I need to start doing them again...it does help!
Yes it is low. Normal range is 20 to50
