Yep I've been through this I took someone with me for when the fog hit. I found it best to think back to what I used to do compared with what I can do now and write down all the adjustments I've had to make, material, physical and mentally.
Take with you any supporting evidence you have from your prescription list, to hospital diagnosis.
If your anxious do get them to come to you!

I've been through this sweetie, take someone with you who knows what you're day to day life is like, the DWP have been told to consider hidden illnesses more seriously, I'm not saying they listen though!! It depends very much on getting a nice assessor! But even if you are denied appeal straight away Hun, most of the case's are overturned,
Don't get anxious about it, it's just a bunch of questions & they get you to do some simple stretches & a mental math type question, if you suffer with anxiety you can get them to come to your home to do the assessment,
Hope this has helped & not made you more anxious xx 💜 xx

I go to the site with the fibro symptoms.....this jogs my memory and then I write everything down. It's jogs my memory and between the fibro fog and my tongue not saying what my brain thinks it should say......this has been the best way for me.

I just say be honest and make sure they know how debilitating this illness is in your day to day life! If you get upset and cry, don’t worry because it’s not like you’re faking it and they need to truly see how this effects your daily living! Good luck!

I'm the same way now, when I was working with patients and in surgery, I had no problems talking and explaining things, My therapist suggested I get lavender oil to help with anxiety, I bought mine from Walmart and it does help. Also, write down the questions you want to ask.
Good luck.
