Elbows Locking Up
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

My fibro pain first started in my right elbow with pain, stiffness and weakness. I can't lift anything with my right arm. Lately, I have been noticing the same symptoms in my left arm. Yesterday both arms were locked up in a slightly bent position. Anyone else ever experience this?

This has something to do with your spine. You probably have pinched nerves and you need to stretch your vertebras (most probable it is your cervical spine). A miracle exercise is from Dr. McKenzie. Check it out if you want to fix it. You can definitely have a huge help with these exercises.
