I catch myself stretching my fingers and making fists in the middle of the night. I push my fingertips together to pop my fingers or try to stretch them.

I had to give up bowling and golf because of my hands and less strength in my arms.
For me, majority of the time on a daily basis it's my hands. My feet at times will do the same.
My hands fall asleep in my sleep, both at the same time. I wake up because of the pain from the pins and needles. Sometimes I wake up just wanting to cut them off ot hurts so much.
My hands n arms both hurt. It's worse at night but they still hurt throughout the day to the point I can't do anything. I know it's frustrating.
