A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Had to sleep on our sofa bed with the new puppy and my back, even after a night in my own comfy bed, my back is still shot! Ive tried ice, heat, tens machine, ibuprofen, ibuprofen gel, cocodomol ... nothing helps! Its shooting down my legs and feet and around my tummy, any tips?

i find yoga stretches help, focus on the breathing, dont hold your breath, and dont try to push through the pain, do what you feel comfortable with daily x good luck

I have severe back pain issues. Started getting shots and burning of the nerves. It took a year of getting different medication shots and burnings I now pain free in my back. I will continue to get this cocktail of injections to maintain

You should get an Mr I done if you haven't. I have 3 herniated and 2 bulging discs that are pinching 4 nerves. I'm going to a surgeon next week to discuss my options. I hope you find out the reason its hurting bad and get some relief. Go to a chiropractor for immediate relief. They help me. Good luck. Hugs
