i find yoga stretches help, focus on the breathing, dont hold your breath, and dont try to push through the pain, do what you feel comfortable with daily x good luck

You should get an Mr I done if you haven't. I have 3 herniated and 2 bulging discs that are pinching 4 nerves. I'm going to a surgeon next week to discuss my options.
