Members responded to someone experiencing severe lower back pain radiating down their legs and feet, with many emphasizing the importance of getting proper imaging like an MRI or X-ray to identify the root cause, whether herniated discs, pinched nerves, or osteoarthritis. Several members shared practical strategies that have helped them, including chiropractic adjustments for immediate relief, nerve injection treatments and nerve burning procedures, myofascial release massage, gentle yoga stretches with focused breathing, moist heat, and CBD products. A recurring theme was the need to stop guessing and get a proper diagnosis first, as effective treatment depends on understanding what is causing the pain.

You should get an Mr I done if you haven't. I have 3 herniated and 2 bulging discs that are pinching 4 nerves. I'm going to a surgeon next week to discuss my options. I hope you find out the reason its hurting bad and get some relief. Go to a chiropractor for immediate relief. They help me. Good luck. Hugs
