I have a small white lump on the lingual frenulum (under my tounge) for the past three days. It doesn't particularly hurt but is worrying me! It's almost like a skin tag. I can't leave it alone. I have a secondary diagnosis of Burning Mouth Syndrome as well as fibro and my mouth is always giving me problems these days. Anyone experience anything like this?!?

Ive gotten an almost clear bump under tongue a few times but its been awhile since I've had one. They always went away after a few days though. I looked up TMJ (the first time i had jaw pain) because I go through jaw pain so bad it hurts to drink or eat but its not everyday, thank goodness.
Dry mouth and burning tongue are definitely a part of fibro!! We have had so many discussions on this that it is too common in so many of us with fibro, it couldn’t be a coincidence!! Hurts like hell!!!
I just got over thrush which caused severe burning in my mouth but I only had a few small white patches. It could be thrush so I would go to your doctor asap before it gets worse. I hope you find out what it is. Please let us know. Good luck. Hugs
Omg someone else with burning mouth syndrome. I have recently started with this and its not nice at all. Plus difficulty swallowing and dry mouth. I dont have white lumps though. Going to make an appointment with my doctor to see what can be done
Pepper 67 said. Me too Dwas. I had 14 operations on my jaw for TMJ. The muscles hurt real bad if I smile too long. I have trouble eating cuz my mouth is,very limited in opening. Food falls, out of my mouth all the time. No white lump for me
