Members connected over experiencing internal tremors, shakiness, and tingling sensations, with many confirming these are common fibromyalgia symptoms that often worsen during flares, after physical exertion, or during emotional stress. Several members shared that their doctors could physically feel the tremors, with one member noting they were initially suspected of having Parkinson's disease before being diagnosed with fibro, while others mentioned seeing rheumatologists and neurologists for proper management. A recurring theme was the frustration of doctors being unable to provide clear answers or effective relief, though some members found help through medications like pramipexole or supplements like malic acid with magnesium.

With fibro that is a rheumatologist specializes in fibro. I also have a neurologist for my migraines and the cognitive side of fibro.

I have internal tremors, not very nice I'm on pramipexole which helps tremors, I'm cut down to 1 a day hoping to go off them soon to see how I go without them. At first the doctors thought i had Parkinson's disease. Part of fibromyalgia symptoms.
