Just lookong for some feedback on the nhs pain management program ive been offered a place but struggle with people new places and chronic migraines brought on by changes in my temperature which this would probably do so want to know weather its worth while. Thanks in advance
I did and it was horrendous for me make me worse and exhausting. Studies are now looking into it being banded as treatment form m.e which I have. I have server fibro I can't do yoga or that but I can use abasic exercise bike without flaire up. So I think it's good to go to find out what works and doesn't for you as everyone is different. physio did not help me but chropractor does as it settles nerves. So it's all try and error. It's taken me 7years and I'm still learning each day and my frybro changess like the wind lol I hope you can read the above as I am flaring but and might not be writing well, but it helps take my mind off it lol Good luck with it all, best of wishes
I was on it for a while at Haywood Hospital Stoke, it was physio led and focussed on exercise. I started having terrible knee pain and also tachycardia and low blood pressure they discharged me as I couldn't do the exercise. The post exercise fatigue wiped me out for days.
I think I'm starting pain management course in August. Will let you know how it goes x
