Not a question but for those of you in UK there was a programme advertised last night which is on Tuesday 4th April called Restless Leg Syndrome Desperate for help on channel 5 at 10pm, those not in the UK i'm not sure if you will be able to watch it online on catch up the following day or not. I will be watching it on catch up myself at some point, don't know if its a one of programme or a series. Hope it helps some of you x

Members connected over a UK Channel 5 program about restless leg syndrome, sharing how many of them didn't realize their nighttime leg twitching, toe movements, and involuntary kicking were symptoms of a real condition until being diagnosed with fibromyalgia or watching the show. Several members described their experiences with treatments including gabapentin, fentanyl patches, and iron supplements, with mixed results and challenges like constipation or medications not lasting their full duration. A recurring theme was the difficulty of explaining symptoms to doctors without feeling dismissed, the validation of seeing their experiences represented on screen, and the wide spectrum of severity from mild twitching to the extreme suffering shown in the program.

Yes mine to. The calves of my legs sometimes looks like there is something moving in them. I also get feelings like a knot, spasms all over my body.

It's so hard, I find it difficult to describe to my doctor sometimes without sounding mad. Like this numbness and burning in my feet I waited weeks before mentioning it to see if it went away but it didn't and now been referred to neurologist again as bloods were cleared. I will be speaking to my GP to check an official diagnosis when next there
