Does anyone get low grade fevers with fibromyalgia? I’ve had low grade fevers daily for 6 months now and was just diagnosed last week with Fibro. Just wondering if my drs might be missing something.

My normal temp is 97.3. I have a 99.1 temp right now which is a low grade for most people but it is like normal people running a 100.4 temp. I have tried for years to explain this to my doctors. Some agree some don't. What is your normal temp? I have heard from several people on here that they run low like me. I think we run a fever to fight off everything our bodies go thru. Just my opinion. I would not worry about your temp as long as you had bloodwork to make sure your white blood count is ok.

I forgot to add when i first suspect i had fibro i had what felt like a virus for six months, a constant fever that never shifted aches and pains like the flu and a sore throat that wouldnt shift. My ears were causing me problems then my other symptoms started to manifest slowly but surely.

Ok thanks for the answers. I usually wake up with temp of 98.4 but goes up through out the day every day. And it does feel like the flu. My skin is sensitive and achy. And I have had every lab possible I think. So must be fibro and I have Graves’ disease, but that is under control. This is just all new to me....
