Hi, I have tried acupuncture. It didn't help, on the contrary, I think my body doesn't resonate with it. I tried few qualified people just to be sure ..but is not working for me. I have headache daily and migraines 2-3 times/month. Also lots of pain and flares up in my joints, big pain..acupuncture didn't help me with any of this. This is, of course, my personal experience.

Hi..I tried it and it seemed to help. However....I had to go 2 a week then Dr wanted ongoing 1 a week. Way to expensive for my pocket book and I had to give it up. I would make sure the dr tells you many visits and how long. If I had known it was to be ongoing I would have never gotten involved. Good luck 😏

I had relief from headaches the same day. It will usually cut the all over pain down as well for 3-5 days

Ive tried it a few times....it didnt help at all.....last time felt like nerve was hit....electric shock to neck...then several days of pain....intolerable...
