I don’t think it’s worth it if I only get a couple of hours of relief.

That's why you go you muppet. A few hours relief is the most amazing feeling ever. Before I was a balloon and popped. I enjoyed everything about acupuncture. The whole feeling from going getting the needles put in, I found it so relaxing it totally calmed my mind down. Then getting a night of sleep after that was worth every penny.
I guess if you feel you had no real benefits then don't go, have you thought about massage and hot rock therapy?
Or if its the price as it is a tad pricey. I used to count the days until my next ap. So relaxing 🌷🦋🌼🙌

I'd save a little money every week for a massage. A full body massage with hot rock treatment is the most amazing feeling ever. It's so relaxing, Just thinking about it relaxes me. Soft music playing, Lovely oil smells in the room. I'd live on that table. 🌷🌻✨️

I get a massage once a month. It’s worth every penny! I am able to use our HSA card for my massage therapist since I have a chronic illness, so that helps a bit. I’m without insurance right now…booo…so this is something I can do to help with the pain.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I love a massage but I am not working right now and it’s not cheap. Just staying with acupuncture for the time being.
