Really should try heat therapy and maybe increase potassium.

The cheaper the mustard the more turmeric in it. Please let me know if this works.

What are your potassium, calcium, and sodium levels?

If you want to try something different, before you go to bed try to take a tsp. Of mustard. I know that sounds gross, but mustard has turmeric in it, which works for cramps! Let me know! You can put it on a pc of bread, if that would be easier. Good luck!

I had a full blown charlie horse for a whole week. I still don't know how i survived it. My doctor put me on ropinerole and it does help. I also take hylands for leg cramps. It is all natural and walmart has it. I think it really helps. I only have had a couple small cramps since taking both and i took the hylands and it went right away. Good luck. Hugs
