A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I am waiting for the specialist to get back to me and I heard that there was one in James Cook and if any one can tell me what the specialist will do and what happens next?

The specialist i saw had a char with me about how i feel where my pain is etc and after that she checked my pressure points (id already had bloods to rule out arthritis) after that she checked what meds i was on and said that i was already on what she would recommend at that time so she didnt change them but she told me to go back to the gp if i ever felt they needed changing as there were more meds i could have that were stronger. She also referred me to a fibromyalgia self management and hydrotherapy programme x
