At the end of December, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia by my neurologist. I forgot to ask if my burning legs and feet were a symptom. Does anyone know if it is? Right now, I treat it and my tender points on my waist down by rubbing ice cubes gently over them. It makes the burning go away for a while. I do it once in the morning and once in the evening. Does anyone know of another way to treat it, or what may be causing it?

If your talking about the epsom salt bath I put 2 cups of epsom salt with lavender (they sell it at Walgreens, a lot of times it’s buy one get one half off) and make the bath as hot as I can take it and sit in there , with a good book, for at least 20-30 min or until water cools.. then rinse off when done. Good luck!
Yes... Sounds like nerve pain which is related to fibro. May try Mobic a prescription for inflammation to see if that may help.
I take mobic. Does help. And heat works for me. But you have to try different things to find out what works best for u. I use heat in morning when I first get up. And before I go to bed.
My legs back neck and hips all burn.
I take an epsom salt bath 1-2 times a week. It really helps. Feel better!
