So I’ve been having this issue for almost a month now and it hasn’t gone away. My right calf feels tight and sometimes a burning sensation. Nothing feels hot to touch or swelling and my foot feels like it’s swollen but it’s not. Tingling sensations, it also feels like I put cream on my feet and then socks... Yes, and I've had this exact same thing for years. My doctor calls is parathesia, which is a symptom of the fibromyalgia. What works for some, does not work for others so you basically have to try different things until you find something that works for you....and even then, keep in mind that relief may only be temporary.
I have tightness throughout my body. I get burning sensations also. I'm going for my massage today and expect it to be painful, but hopefully after it releases the tension in my muscles. Have you read about myofacial syndrome? A lot if people have it who have fibromyalgia.
i get the wet feeling sometimes on my upper legs. I check to see if I spilled something, and I'm not wet at all
Suzette, I had something very similar.
Two changes helped: 1) My new health care provider changed the dosage and when I was taking it. 2) She gave me Requip. It took a bit to discover the correct dosage. At one point, after things were better, they went south again. She increased the dosage again. I don't have restless or painful legs any longer.
Don't know if that will help. Hope something works soonest!
