Im taking lyrica 150mg morning and night, and 75mg in the afternoon. For me it was a lifesaver. It helped my symproms a lot. It wasnt a cure, but a huge helper. Luckily I havent had any negative side effects, and I have been on it close to 10 years.

Doesnt work like used to. Been on for long time. Im in 150 - 3x day

I have been prescribed VIMOVO which does help, the only thing that does. I try to keep dosage to a minimum.
