Yes, I am 6 weeks into ans rewired by dan neuffer. Huge improvements, pain and fatigue way better, no opiods, gabapentin down by 30%! I don't come back to this site very often anymore. It's kind of negative for someone who is getting better. However, I've been encouraged by my doctor to spread the word!

Members responded to a post about recovery through the ANS Rewired program with mixed reactions, ranging from curiosity and hope to skepticism about cost and effectiveness. Several members emphasized that positive thinking, chronic pain clinics, staying active within limits, fighting against pain rather than letting it control you, and surrounding yourself with supportive people have all contributed to meaningful improvements in their symptoms, even if a cure remains elusive. A recurring theme was the importance of mental resilience and refusing to give up, with many sharing that focusing less on negative stories and more on small victories helped reduce their pain and improved their quality of life.

Shame you think the site is more negative for someone is feeling better by 30%,wouldn't it be nicer to share your what positive things you have put into place to make this improvement ,dans book was free but now has decided to charge for it ,what a shame for people on limited finances. But if his work is that good his actions will catch on due to all the recovery from people who have followed the book. . word of mouth without the cost .

It is sad that you would post negative things about coming back to this site. I get on even when I am having a good day to try and pass on a positive thoughts. I am happy this is working for you and I pray it continues to work. Add a little bit of positive to your post and let people know what to try.
Many prayers for you.

Hello @A MyFibroTeam Member, Thank you for your comments, you saved me a trip to the website and some reading. I believe that you have hit the nail on the head. A positive outlook can change how we feel, how we look and how we cope with illness. The is what I find myself doing and over time I am getting better at controlling some of the issues that come with FMS, an illness that so far has no cure but many New Theories. New ones can always give us hope that someday........ I also have RA and OA so I do have to take one day at a time and try to make sure I have a smile on my face, even if that is not what I am really feeling. That is what gets me through my day.

I look forward to any further information you are able to add to the ANS rewire that @A MyFibroTeam Member briefly discussed. Hugs to all, xxx

You might like and find kinesiology helpful. I had two sessions in england, and found it helped me to feel stronger mentally and physically. The mind is very complex and positive thinking is very helpful. If you look after your mental state, then your physical self will become stronger. As I wrote in another post, my therapist said 'don't let your pain own you, be the alpha female you are, and you own the pain'. If it wins sometimes, fight it back. Like when joggers hit 'the invisible wall' and keep going. I know its hard when you get low. :-) :-)
