Members responded to the question of whether fibromyalgia can progressively get worse with a strong and shared consensus that yes, it can, based on their own long-term experiences. Several members described worsening symptoms over many years, with stress, anxiety, poor sleep, weather changes, and hormonal shifts like menopause all playing a role in flares. A recurring theme was the emotional weight of living with an unpredictable condition, met with warm encouragement, gentle solidarity, and practical notes about supplements and disability support.

Stress is hard to avoid. You certainly are having your share of it. Hoping things get better personally and health wise
