Members strongly validated the original poster's experience of feeling like something is crawling on their skin, with many describing similar sensations on their arms, legs, and face that range from mildly annoying to intensely distressing. Several members connected this creepy-crawly feeling to small fiber neuropathy, which affects up to 40% of people with fibromyalgia, while others shared temporary relief strategies including warm showers, heat wraps, and in one case, Xanax for severe itching. A recurring theme was the emotional relief of discovering they were not alone or going crazy, with members expressing gratitude for the shared understanding and validation from others who truly get it.

Yes, always think I have an ant crawling on my arm or leg. I also have small fiber neuropathy (as do 40% of fibro patients).

I have. And I've also had places that I feel like something is hot and it will only be on a small place. There's a lot going on with fibro. Now my feet hurt like crazy. Go figure. It seems it's always something
