Members shared experiences with post-meal headaches, with many finding connections to specific triggers like sugar, carbs, weather changes, hormones, and poor sleep quality, though others described chronic headaches with no clear pattern. Several members offered practical suggestions including keeping a food diary to identify triggers, reducing sugar and inflammation-causing foods, trying a low-FODMAP diet, and consulting specialists at headache pain clinics for persistent issues. A recurring theme was the unpredictable nature of fibromyalgia symptoms and the importance of listening to your body while balancing quality of life with dietary restrictions.

I wake up with them. I get them about 4 times a week. I never related it, to eating.

No , just the opposite. I get headaches if I don't eat. Headaches are very common with Fibro.
So sorry to hear you have them like this and you have to eat to survive. ((Hugs)).
Sorry, I lost my train of thought, I was going to say something else.

I get them know matter what. I wake up with very intense pain, or they linger all day with enough pain it makes it difficult to focus.
Nothing helps.
