Yes all the time. If I don't have eye drops, or if you are on a budget, full cream milk is very soothing. Just dip clean finger into milk, tilt head back and let the drops fall into your eyes. Apparently milk is chemically similar to tears so it is very effective and soothing.
Yes, I use Systane severL times. day.
Optometrist wanted me on some he sold. Great stuff but $25 for a very small bottle. Systane is not cheap but effective. I also have a very dry mouth, always drinking something. Those gums& sprays they recommend don't last long enough.
Yes I do I jave to use drops. I get sustaine drops from the store. They are over the counter.
@Vicky72-I have very dry eyes. Because I have Glaucoma my eye doctor suggested that I use Refresh Tears. Nothing else. It does help. If I get up during the night I put the Refresh Tears in--. It really does make the eyes feel better.. They say it is a side effect of Fibromyalgia. I always feel more relieved when I see someone comment on something that I am experiencing. Thanks for asking that quwation.

Very much....but I also have Sjogrens syndrome. The drops I use are BLINK.
