Does anyone have dry mouth and dry eyes? Not taking any medication and I drink water all of the time along with electrolyte drinks. Hoping I don’t have Sjögren’s syndrome. Any input is very appreciated!

Members responded to the question about dry mouth and dry eyes with many sharing that they experience the same symptoms, often linking them to fibromyalgia, medications, or Sjogren's syndrome. Several members shared helpful products like Biotene spray for dry mouth and Alaway or Similasan eye drops for dry eyes, while one member mentioned that pilocarpine is a prescription option for dry mouth. A recurring theme was that many had been tested for Sjogren's with negative results, and that staying hydrated and finding the right products helped them manage day to day.

I get dry mouth, sometimes quite badly, from my meds, so I use Biotene spray, which I have found works much better than any of their other products. I spray some in my mouth and I'm good to go for quite awhile. Plus it has a pleasant taste, which some of the other sprays do not have. Allergies cause me to have wicked dry eyes, especially in the morning, so I use Alaway antihistamine eye drops and keep it in for a full minute to get that awful, gravely feeling from my eyes. It's OTC. Godspeed everyone.

Yes! I have to use Similisian Aging eyedrops, and Sinus relief, Penta water continually. I was tested by Rheumotologist but no Sjögrens. I haven’t checked your site, but do you have asthma or anything like that?

Depending on where you live & IF you’re checking the humidity in your area.

I live close to a Creek & have high humidity. With Fall, the humidity in my area changes. With lower humidity right now, my eyes are definitely dry.
