People with fibromyalgia have turned to meditation to help their body relax when having a flare. Meditation can possibly help with reducing anxiety and improve emotional responses to pain as well. Getting social support from others who are practicing meditation or asking questions about meditation is a great way to learn about better ways to manage fibro symptoms.
