Members rallied around someone struggling with exhaustion while caring for six teens, sharing strategies that ranged from addressing sleep problems to managing chronic pain and fatigue. Several members recommended specific supplements like B vitamins, magnesium, omega-3, vitamin D, and MSM to boost energy and improve sleep quality, while others suggested medications including trazodone for sleep, gabapentin for pain, Cymbalta for energy, and Wellbutrin for fatigue, emphasizing the importance of working closely with a doctor to find the right combination. A recurring theme was the value of gradual exercise like slow walking on a treadmill, learning personal limits to avoid overexertion, and prioritizing quality sleep through tools like melatonin, warm baths, and creating a calming bedtime routine.

Eat B6 and B12. Also eat MSM (Methylsulfanalmethane) a mineral vital to every cell in the human body. It softens the cell walls so nutrients can enter and toxins can leave. It is completely non-toxic. I eat it by the hadful when I'm in a flare. It kills the pain 98% dead in less than 3 days of mega dosing. Then I can keep up with most healthy women my age. I know that I can't be without it EVER!

My Dr studies nerve disorders and told me nerve pain is caused by B12 deficiency. After B12 deficiency is B6 deficiency and then is acute Iron deficiency. I was very ill in 2014 from an acute iron deficiency. Long story short I was in bad shape. 2 surgeries back to back, only 6 days apart. I built my iron back up and the MSM was huge in that process.

I would hate to see any human go through what I went through.

Thanks
Gentle hugs and prayers for you all.
