Leg Shakes

Does anyone get leg shakes when you're laying down, i just feel i need to shake my leg,i find it so uncomfortable ;(

Yes for years every time I lay down or kick my feet up.absolutkyly hate it.I take flexaril just one at bedtime it helps a bit

I get that way sometimes. Its not that often although mine seems more like nerve pain. Its not all that time for me but driving long distances is tough because of grasping the steering wheel.

Yes. I think they call it restless leg syndrome. You can google that to see if that is it. I take vitamin D and gabapentin for it.

This is a common symptom of fibro - called restless legs syndrome I think. It's a horrible feeling and you notice it more when you lie down or try to relax so the natural reaction is to start to panic as it is not something you can necessarily stop from happening yourself and it can be quite frightening aswell
