Members connected over experiencing frequent tremors, shakes, and muscle weakness, with many describing how their hands, arms, legs, and even heads shake uncontrollably at unpredictable times. Several members shared that these spells often worsen after overexertion, such as attending appointments or family gatherings, and can include additional symptoms like numbness, difficulty grasping objects, restless leg syndrome, and deteriorating handwriting. A recurring theme was the frustration and unpredictability of these episodes, balanced by mutual support and gentle understanding from others navigating similar challenges.

Yes, I do. They are not as bad as they used to be but, I used to hate carrying some things and then my nerve would tremble and there goes everything on the floor. @A MyFibroTeam Member I have numbness as well. It started on the left side but now both of my hands are numb after holding my hand in the same position for too long.

Yes, I've begun to have these spells quite frequently. Mine mainly affect the left arm and hand. I have dropped things because I can't grasp and picking up small things (for instance a sewing needle) is downright impossible during these spells. I also get leg cramps when lying down.
