Yes I have had that it could be a muscle spasm or trigger point in fascia in that area. Also, common symptom of Irritable Bowel Syndrome which goes hand in hand with Fibromyalgia. Try taking a good probiotic such as Align or Culturelle and see if that helps the pain and the D.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, This is one thing I don't have (lower left side). If my stomach burns, I chew one or two *Tums. It takes the burning away. It's worth a try. If having diarrhea. I chew on one *Pepto-Bismol tablet following with a *small swig of *COLD water. I wait a while to see how it does. If STILL a bit of diarrhea, I chew just 1/2 of another *Pepto-Bismol tablet with a small swig of *cold water. See if this helps. Do keep in touch.
