A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Do you ever feel like your feet are going to burst out of your shoes? But when you take of the shoes there is no swelling at all. This has been happening for years........

Fybro is a spider web. No 2 webbs are the same. There is no rhyme or reason to the architecture of each one.

@A MyFibroTeam Member Yes I have problems with the bottom of my feet when I have been out walking a while. They feel as if they are swollen, also they tingle, burn and feel as if they are numb. When I can take my shoes off it is such a great relief. I go barefoot around the house. Hugs

@ AndreaHerreraSanchez, Bless your heart. You are truly being physically challenged.
Suggestion: If possible, please go to Amazon.com and order a jar of *Sombra in *Heat Therapy.
It's an All Natural gel-cream mixture. I use it every night at bedtime. Now, it's being used in the daytime. It *temporarily gets rid of P-A-I-N. Make sure to use a disposable glove when applying. Like anything, you don't want to get this in your eyes. *Bed, Bath and Beyond also has a device that has roller beads. One opens the top to apply lotion. I use *Sombra. A long handle is connected to the head. I use in applying to my shoulders and neck--when possible. Now, my lower back is hurting bad. At night, my husband applies *Somber heavy on my back, shoulders and neck. I then wear one of his loose T-shirts to cover before my PJ top. All I can do is testify in saying, "this does help."
My Andrea, I pray that whatever is causing your bones to stiffen, it will leave your body. That the pain will leave. That you WILL be able to get out of bed (with no problems) every day, In Jesus' Name and Blood. Amen.
