I have done keto diet, and felt really well, more energy, no gut or digestive ideas and lost weight too. Am about to start again. I reverted to a normal high carb diet when life got more difficult and I wanted comfort food. This time I will remind myself that the comfort of buttered toast isnt worth increased fibro symptoms.

My husband and I are both getting ready to do it now. I'm hoping it will help some that he is doing it with me. I did a version of that before and lost 30lbs but since have gained it back. I think I do remember feeling a little better doing it too.

My husband has a friend who's on that and he says he feels so much better and losing weight. He also has chronic pain issues sleeping, etc. Don't forget about the good fats as you don't want too much protein. Avocados, coconut oil, etc. can give you the calories you need w/o having too much protein.
