I want to try it. My husband is on it going on 9 months and has seen great results. He has lost almost 50 pounds, he is no longer pre diabetic, and his adrenal issues are practically gone. I’ve read keto is a great diet for people with chronic illness or autoimmune disease. I’m hoping to try it soon. I already eliminate gluten but it hasn’t helped much pain wise.
I tried it in the fall and dropped twenty pounds so quick. I was stuck at that point forever and my doctor said that’s what happens with this diet. Then along came Christmas and of course I gained five pounds. Got back on cutting down but not necessarily Keto and joined a gym. Lost the five pounds plus another three but I’m hoping for another twenty by June cause my son is getting married. I do feel much better although my blood pressure has always been perfect, but I’m not sure if it’s also my medication change! Good luck and it sounds like you’re doing great but if you get stuck, go off it for a bit and start all over again. It’s apparently not a diet you should stay on permanently but I didn’t know that when I started!

If you try keto make sure your gallbladder is working. I tried keto and found out I had zero function of my gallbladder, so I just ended up gaining a lot of weight then having my gallbladder removed.
I have just started a modified paleo and will see how things go I do notice too many carbs/sugar or too much dairy makes me feel bad
