Members rallied around someone facing workplace discrimination after their boss tried to schedule them for weekend shifts despite no one else in their department working weekends, with many recognizing this as potential retaliation for requesting FMLA and ADA accommodations for fibromyalgia. Several members shared similar experiences of hostile supervisors who seemed intent on forcing them to quit, urging the person to document everything in detail, escalate the situation above their boss's head, contact HR with updated medical documentation, and consider consulting an employment attorney about possible discrimination. A recurring theme was the painful reality that fighting workplace discrimination often creates such a toxic environment that finding a new job becomes necessary, even when you shouldn't have to leave.

So sorry your boss is not doing his job correctly. Sounds like he's trying to get you to quit. You need to go over his head and let them know what is going on and your next move. Good luck and gentle hugs

you can fight it. That's what your boss is trying to do is "bully" you into quitting. I'd go over his head. Maybe your doc could put you on short term disibility
