We live on a farm, so there are chores everyday. As much as I cuss it sometimes, it is good for me to get up and get going.
I’m usually awake early… and I’m up and going for a walk. Do some cleaning……some days I work on my quilting….I do rest throughout the day…I don’t sleep much at night…so I really need the rests…..
I make the most of every day that I have. Three days a week I go to the gym and workout. It really helps physically and mentally. I don’t overdo myself, but what I can do, I do. I feel like I have accomplished something big! Believe me , it helps a lot. And my pain isn’t that bad. I’ve lost 27 pounds and not sure the inches, but I can get into clothes I haven’t worn in awhile. The only part that I feel pain in especially after is in the hand/wrist that I have pseudo gout in. One day at a time is what I do and thank the Lord for that day. I hope this helps you. Have a blessed day.
I get up and do what I need to do. Mondays and fridays I go to the gym for about an hour. I also do my laundry and sweep on Mondays. The rest of the week, I do what I feel needs to be done and try to exercise some at home and do my crafts. I try to stay busy to keep my mind off the pain. I do rest when I need to. I don’t sleep well at night. I don’t get to sleep until after one or two am.
I don‘t stay in bed. I have 2 kids and 2 dogs. So I can‘t stay in bed.
