Does anyone have restless legs? If so what do you do to help?

Mine starts from around 4pm till the early hours of the morning, having a ferretin blood test tomorrow and hopefully will get some meds to help.

Haha that made me chuckle lol

I dread having a goodish day cause I know then I'm in for 2-3 days that are going to be bad. It's just annoying I don't seem to be being listened too. Do you have many bad days? X

Morning Pwalk

Yes I have Dr's on Monday and I've written down a list of symptoms and I'm not leaving till I get answers, 2 1/2 years this has been going on for. I had a blood test for folate 4 months ago which was low so was put on folic acid for a month and then I was to have a break for 3 months and then a repeat blood test. I had this repeat blood test last week and it came back low again so the Dr has put me back on a month of folic acid and again a repeat blood test in 3 months time! If you didn't have depression before all this and the FM was causing it it's no wonder when you are made to feel like you are making it all up, I've had depression for 5 years before all this due to a abusive marriage which I'm out of now but it's gradually getting worse due to being fobbed off I feel like I'm going round the bend! X

Claireuk44- melatonin is a natural pill supplement that you can buy without a prescription. It helps to sleep and have a good restorative sleep. Usually found in the vitamins section at the pharmacy. I tried it too and it works well and most importantly it works well for my husband so he doesn't disturb me with RLS.
