My pain has gotten better with the warm weather. I still get a flare here and there but does not last for months. But, when I lay down or sit to rest I still have that tingling, electric feeling on my arms and legs. Does anybody know what this is?

You could check with your doctor about peripheral neuropathy my brother has this and says he gets tingling in his legs and numbness in his feet. Fibro is neuromuscular and neuropathy is neuronal. Lyrica helps with both neuropathy and fibromyalgia. Great question.
Restless arm and leg syndrome. Xanax helps but u really need to get up and move ur arms and legs when it happens. It is VERY DISTURBING. Also hard to explain but I know how u feel.
I would say if it is tingling and numbness it is peripheral neuropathy. If your arms and legs feel like they have to move and your muscles feel like they have to contract it sounds like periodic limb movement disorder. I have both. Tried gabapentin for peripheral neuropathy. ...didn't work after a year. I stopped taking it. I take pramipexole for periodic limb movement disorder and love it.
It's your nerve endings they can't do anything for it , I've got it sometimes I feel like there's a thousand bees on my legs stinging me ,, and now it's in both legs it's on the top of my thighs and then they go numb and stay numb , till the bees come back at least twice daily agony xx
